Dining above
the horizon.
A hilltop restaurant and bar overlooking the Ionian Sea. Wood-fired kitchen, handcrafted cocktails, panoramic sunsets.
The Story
A table between
the city and the sea.
Kuzum Baba sits on the highest terrace above Vlorë, where the hills fall into the Adriatic and the sun sets twice — once over the water, and once again in the lights of the city below.
We cook the Mediterranean as we lived it: olive oil, fire, herbs from the garden, the catch of the day, wine from the coast. There is nothing to perform here. Only to taste, to look, and to stay long enough to watch the light change.

The Experience
Three things you'll
remember.
Sunset Service
Every evening at 19:30 the lights dim, the candles are lit, and the horizon turns gold. A ritual, not a service.
Wood-Fired Kitchen
A copper-domed oven at the heart of the kitchen. Neapolitan pizza, whole fish, lamb on the embers.
Garden Terrace
Geraniums, bougainvillea and palms frame a 180° view over the Adriatic, the city and the mountains beyond.

Signature Dishes
From the kitchen,
with fire.
Wood-fired pizza, whole fish baked in salt, hand-cut pasta with truffle, and lamb from the embers. Every dish is built around the view.

The Bar

golden hour.
Negronis stirred with Albanian vermouth. Spritz made with Adriatic citrus. A wine list that travels from Berat to Burgundy.
